TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2023 – CT Real Estate Investment Trust (“CT REIT”) (TSX: CRT.UN) declared a distribution for the period of November 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023, of $0.07485 per trust unit. CT REIT, an unincorporated, closed-end real estate investment trust, focuses on owning income-producing commercial properties primarily in Canada.
